Practice Format:
Warm up (10 min)
-jogging/dynamic stretching
Activities
-drills/technique/strategy (30 min) -point play (30 min) -conditioning/footwork (30 min)
Cool down (10 min)
-stretching/mental training
Evaluate (10 min)
-write down one thing you learned for the day to apply in a match
-write down what you did to make it closer to reaching your goal
-write down if you reached your goal, if not what else do you need to do to reach it

2019 Information:
Official practice schedule begins the week following Tryouts/Evaluations. In 2019 Tryout week was the 2nd full week of August (8/12 – 8/16).
Therefore, the first official week of practice is the 3rd full week of August. In 2019 that was from 8/19 – 8/23.
1st Full Week Of Practice: 8/19/19 – 8/23/19 (NO SCHOOL)

- 2:00 – 4:00 Monday @ Sunrise Middle School
- 3:00 – 5:00 Tuesday – Thursday @ Sunrise Middle School
- 7:15 AM Friday bus leaves South Campus. Tournament at Pine City @ 9:00 am.
- JV –>
- 3:00 – 5:00 Monday – Wednesday @ South Campus
- Thursday 6:30 – 3:30 am
- B-Team –>
- 3:00 – 4:30 Monday – Friday @ Sunrise Middle School
2nd Full Week of Practice: 8/26/19 – 8/30/19 (NO SCHOOL)
- Varsity –>
- 3:00 – 5:00 Monday – Thursday & Friday @ South Campus
- 2:45 Bus Leaves for first match in Woodbury
- JV –>
- 3:00 – 5:00 Monday – Wednesday @ South Campus
- 3:30 match against Woodbury. Arrive to courts by 3:00
- B-Team –>
- 3:00 – 4:30 Monday – Wednesday & Friday @ Sunrise Middle School
- 3:30 Thursday match against Woodbury. Arrive to Sunrise courts by 3:00
